Rachel Maglicic, a Wealth Management Industry Veteran
Rachel Garcia Maglicic has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, during which she held roles in sales & marketing, strategy, and product development at prominent Wall Street firms.
Rachel Maglicic began her career in finance as a sales assistant for Bankers Trust, which was acquired by Deutsche Bank in late 1999/early 2000. She joined their wealth management division in New York City, where she began her passion for global markets, client relationship management, and tailored solutions. She performed these duties while simultaneously earning her undergraduate degree at New York University.
Augmenting her corporate experience, Rachel took on an entrepreneurial role at an Internet startup company, based in New York. Serving as director of business development, she leveraged her sales and account management skills in forging external partnerships to drive the firm’s sales and marketing strategies. She worked alongside the management team, development and programming teams to execute the firm’s marketing strategy.
Rachel Maglicic built on her previous experience and assumed a strategy and product development role at JP Morgan Chase’s investor services division tasked with conducting market research and analysis. She worked with the sales and management to develop and enhance the division’s product platform and capabilities, which entailed conducting analysis on competitor landscape, demand assessment, development budget, and resource allocation.
She then assumed client-facing roles at Goldman Sachs and Citigroup’s wealth management units before being tapped to re-join Deutsche Bank’s Private wealth management as a Vice President and Relationship Manager based in Miami. In her current role, Rachel is responsible for working closely with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients in the United States. She seeks to understand her clients’ needs and deliver comprehensive solutions, utilizing the full breadth of Deutsche Bank’s capabilities and resources. Rachel manages all facets of client relationships ranging from investment management, lending solutions, wealth planning, and banking. Her client’s coverage team consists of expert practitioners, who deliver world-class advice and expertise in their discipline. She and her team have decades of collective experience cultivating and managing ultra-high net worth client relationships.
